      The Philippine Arts in Venice Biennale (PAVB) is a collaborative undertaking of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Office of Congresswoman and Deputy Speaker Loren Legarda. PAVB’s role is to mount and support the Philippine Pavilion in the Venice Biennale International Art Exhibition.
