Representing the Philippines at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2018, is the exhibition “The City Who Had Two Navels” conceived by Architect or Dr.? Edson G. Cabalfin as a two-themed exhibition: one titled “(Post)Colonial Imaginations,”  and the second “Neoliberal Urbanism.”
